Our passion is customer satisfaction since more than 25 years. That is why we choose only the best ingredients, the most up to date technologies (combined with the traditional techniques), in order to offer you a huge variety of products, which will be able to satisfy every demand.

OUR HISTORY, OUR EXPERIENCE
Back in 1987, in order to combine work and family (one of our greatest values), our pastry shop was moved from Verona to its current location into San Giovanni Lupatoto.
After six years, in 1993, Roberto Adami together with six others world class pastry chefs founded Accademia Maestri Pasticcieri Italiani (AMPI), an organization aimed to the development of Italian pastry quality level, from the choice of the ingredients to the customer service. We decided to resign from AMPI in 2000, in order to invest 110% of our energies in our customers care. In those years our growth in the knowledge of this art and its technical application has been remarkable, as confirmed by several participation on national TV shows



OUR AWARDS AND A NEW PASTRY CHEFS GENERATION
In 1995 and 1999 we won two national competitions about chocolate desserts, and you can still find one of them among all of our cakes (Momento d'Oro).
In 2006 Roberto's son Mario, after his MS in Food Science and Technology and an internship working with a world champion pastry chef, started his career with his father, fulfilling his childhood dream.
The other son Massimo, after his MS in Biotechnology, a three years period working abroad and some months under the supervision of a world champion pastry chef, joins the family in the business.




Following the guide of their father, Massimo and Mario grow the values of quality that always characterized us, working toward innovation for being the first in the products offer, according to the market demand, thanks to their scientific knowledge that boosts the pastry art at its top level.
They also attended pastry courses at the best Italian pastry schools and abroad.

Season traditions
We offer also a variety of seasonal products along the year according to the holiday. You can find our fine Panettone, pandora and Nadalin during Christmas time, Easter eggs and Colomba during Easter time, and more (check our website for the whole list).
At Bar Pasticceria Adami you will also receive guidance through the choice of your ceremony, receptions and events according to your customized requests.
